The USDA Rural Development Loan is a government backed program that assists low to moderate income home buyers purchase a home without having to come up with a down payment. The program is also meant to help develop the more rural parts of the state, so not every home qualifies. We have painstakingly created a list that stays updated with the newest listings that should qualify for the program.
